Our vision is to be service minded, to take work out of the customers hand and to think in solutions. We consider the customer to be the central spindle. We do everything to make sure that the ICT at the customers’ workplace is up to date and “as you want”.

We stay very close to our customer. Do you have a problem? One click on the “Helpdesk button” and you are being served. If the problem isn’t solvable remote, one of our consultants will help you in person at your office.
What we do?
The activities of Titania can be divided into several categories:
- Sales and implementation of standard administrative software, like AccountView etc., all on the PC in a network environment.
- Consultancy and Project Management , e.g. information planning and subsequent phases of larger projects and / or customization of user software.
- Network implementation and management. All activities to keep your network up and running. This includes installation, configuration and daily management.
- Sales and implementation of standard Windows products to enable a high availability of your network.(backup, antivirus etc).
- Time & Attendance systems based on biometric recognition. No buddypunching possible, Clear reporting on when staff was at the location.
